The practical answer
Both offer a reviewed six-person two-bedroom suite with three queen beds and one bathroom. Start with matching quotes, then choose the setting you prefer. Neither carries an included Express advantage.

Compare like for like
Surfside and Dockside are both part of Endless Summer, but they are separate hotels and require the correct booking destination. Compare a two-bedroom suite against a two-bedroom suite, not one hotel’s standard room against the other’s suite.
The published suite specifications used here are the same: 440 square feet, three queen beds, capacity six and one bathroom with separate bath and vanity areas. That makes the quote and your preferred setting more useful differentiators than a claimed universal winner.
What the suite gives a family
One queen bed is in a separate bedroom; the other sleeping area contains two queens. This can help when part of the group goes to bed earlier. The kitchenette supports simple food preparation, but it should not be treated as a full cooking kitchen or a separate living room.
With six people, one bathroom is a constraint even though six sleeping places exist. Compare two rooms if getting everyone ready is a bigger problem than the price. If connecting rooms are essential, have the provider confirm them before you rely on that arrangement.
What neither hotel includes
Neither includes Express. Plan shuttle transport to the parks rather than a water taxi or a promised walking commute. The operator also restricts Endless Summer guests from using pools and poolside amenities at Prime Value and Signature Collection hotels.
Those are shared constraints, so they should not decide the winner between the two. They may instead be reasons to compare another hotel category if your plans depend on a different benefit.
A useful tie-breaker
At a meaningful total price difference, choose the cheaper matching suite unless the other hotel’s setting matters enough to your group to pay more. At similar prices, inspect the actual room category, view, cancellation rules and operator descriptions of each hotel’s facilities.
We have not stayed at either property for this comparison and do not claim a measured noise, cleanliness or bus-frequency advantage.
Before you reserve
Check every guest and child’s age in the booking quote, the current parking charge if driving, and any additional-adult charge for your category. Use the calculator for a suite-versus-two-room comparison. Review Surfside and Dockside for the correct operator links.
